The Loyalty Contract on our website is not a legally binding contract. This contract does not have any legal implications. 

By using the loyaltycontract.com website (the "Site"), and its services, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms of use (the "Terms of Use") and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The words "you" and "your" refer to each customer/user. The words "we", "us" and "our" refer to LoyaltyContract.com, and all services provided by us.

If you do not agree with any points listed in our Terms of Use, please do not use the website or any services provided by us. You have to understand that we may revise these terms and conditions in the future without notice to you.

To create or sign the loyalty contract, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all content you upload, including photos and personal information, such as your email address, date of birth, and signature. LoyaltyContract.com provides a platform for people to demonstrate their loyalty and love in their relationships. We are not responsible for photos users upload or the context of reviews written by contract initiators if the contract is terminated. Any photos you upload to LoyaltyContract.com are referred to as "User Content." We encourage you not to upload any photos that might be illegal. You must acknowledge that after the contract is created, your and your partner's information, such as your email address, first and last name, and date of birth (month and day only), will be visible in our database.

If you were invited to sign the Loyalty Contract by your partner.

In order to sign the Loyalty Contract, you must use the link provided in the invitation email to draw/upload your signature and agree to our terms & conditions. As a signatory, you cannot delete or terminate the contract; only the initiator of the contract has the authority to do so. By signing the Loyalty Contract, you agree that the initiator may terminate the contract, write a review about you, and reveal any photos/pictures they might upload. Additionally, your email address, the month and day of your birth (not the year), and your first and last name will be shown in our database, making this information visible to any registered users. We recommend creating a new email address or using a spare one if you are not comfortable with your email being visible in our database. If you are unsure about your partner or do not agree to accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not sign the contract and refrain from using our services.

User Contributions

Users may post the following information, which might be publicly available on our website:

• Photos
• Reviews of their partners

By posting publicly on our website, you agree not to act illegally or violent these Terms and Conditions.

Photo Uploads

• By uploading photos to our website, users grant us the right to store and display these photos in our database.
• Users must ensure that the photos they upload do not violate any copyright or privacy laws.
• We reserve the right to remove any photos that we deem inappropriate or in violation of our terms and conditions.

Account

When you create an account on our website, you agree that you are solely responsible for your account security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account. From our side, we use the strongest available browser encryption to keep your account and its content secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use or web site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Loyalty Contract.com owners, or employees will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees your use of the LoyaltyContract.com website.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this website, you identify and hold harmless Loyalty Contract owners, and employees from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our website or your violation of these Terms and Condition.
