The purpose of this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of our site of the following:

We only collect data that are provided by users. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below.

Data Collected in a Non-Automatic Way

  1. First and last name;
  2. Date of birth (Only month and day, No year);
  3. Email address.

This data may be collected when you sign and create the contract, or when you register on our website.

How We Use Personal Data

Data collected on our site will only be used for the purpose specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures

We will not share your data with other third parties, except in the following cases: 1. If the law requires it. 2. To prove or protect our legal rights.

 

How Long We Store Personal Data

User data will be stored for until a user deletes his or her profile or his or her contract, the data of both parties will be in the database of LoyaltyContract.com.

 

How We Protect Your Personal Data

In order to protect your security, we use the strongest available browser encryption. However, we encourage you to create a strong password and to use other methods to protect your account, for example, two step verification. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Children

The minimum age to create the contract at our website is 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data, their parent or guardian may contact us.

 

How to Delete the Data Collected

If you would like to delete your data from our website, navigate to your account and click “delete my profile’. If you were invited to sign the contract by your partner, and therefore you do not have an account, contact your partner to delete the contract in order to remove your data (first and last name, month and day of your birth, and your email address) from our database. If you would like to exercise any of your other rights under GDPR, please contact us.

 

PayPal

We offer payments via PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts. A PayPal account is no classic account number.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, your date required for the payment process is automatically transmitted to PayPal.

The data transmitted to PayPal may be passed on by PayPal to credit agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check your identity and creditworthiness. PayPal may also pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on your behalf. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR, as the processing of the data is necessary for the payment with PayPal and thus for the performance of the contract.

We might use only essential cookies on our website. 

 

Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend Privacy Policy we will update the “Effective Date’ at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may notify users by email of change to this Privacy Policy.
